Spent Christmas in this amazing hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, offering a wide range of options. The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains and close to ski slopes. , the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel at home.
There were a few hiccups during our stay. The sauna was under maintenance, which was a disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay in a picturesque location that puts you in the center of a charming parade. the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, which makes for a peaceful getaway. the rooms were spacious, furnished with comfortable beds and pillows and a well-equipped bathroom. the staff was always helpful and friendly, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options, catering to different tastes. the sauna was a great way to unwind after a day of skiing; we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the in-house restaurant.
There were some inconsistencies with service at the restaurant, which could be improved.

The hotel we stayed in was located in the Austrian countryside, and it was the perfect getaway from the busy city life. the rooms were quite spacious and sparkling clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable, which ensured that we had a good night's sleep. They also provided a great breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options, and the staff was extremely friendly.
this did not diminish our overall experience, and we would definitely come back to this lovely hotel.
